  9. Regulator relationship management: inspections, information requests, remedial directives
  10. Compliance reporting: to the board audit and risk committee, to the executive, to the regulator
  11. Compliance culture, conduct risk, and the tone from the top
  12. Building the annual compliance plan and resourcing it
  13. Capstone: delegates present a compliance risk management plan and monitoring schedule
