How we handle the information you share with us.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Who we are

Trustview Business Consultants (“Trustview”), a trading name of Trustview Investments, operates this website. Trustview is the responsible party for the personal information described below. Our offices are at 4th Floor, Sibekelo Building 2, Mbabane Office Park, Eswatini. For anything relating to your information, contact info@trustview.co.za.

What we collect, and when

We only collect personal information when you choose to submit it through one of the forms on this site. Browsing the site collects nothing.

  • Training registration. The programme you are registering for, your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, position, the number of attendees, and any special requirements or comments you add.
  • Professional Partnership Network application. Your name, email address, mobile number, city and country, LinkedIn or website address, current position, years of experience, biography, areas of expertise, the services you wish to support, your availability, and the CV you attach.
  • Venue booking and general enquiries. Your contact details and the content of your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use registration details to administer your place on a training programme, to confirm your booking and to send you joining and payment information. We use partnership applications to assess your suitability for the network, to record the outcome of that assessment, and to contact you about engagements in your area of specialisation. We use enquiry details to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is held

Information submitted through this site is stored in our secured cloud database and hosting environment, and notifications are delivered through our email service providers; these act as operators processing the information on our instructions. Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public area of the website and cannot be reached from the internet — they are accessible only to authorised Trustview personnel through our administration portal, and each access is recorded.

How long we keep it

  • Training registrations are kept for the duration of the programme and afterwards as part of our training records, including attendance and certification history.
  • Partnership applications are kept for the duration of your participation in the network. Where an application is unsuccessful, we keep the record for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can consider you for suitable future opportunities, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
  • Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw a consent you previously gave. Email info@trustview.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and sets no cookies on the pages you browse. We use one essential session cookie for administrator login to our internal portal, which is necessary for that portal to function and is not used to track visitors. Because we set no non-essential cookies, you will not be asked for cookie consent on this site.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to submitted information is limited to authorised Trustview personnel through an administration portal protected by individual accounts, role-based permissions and an activity log. We review these arrangements periodically.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
