A holder of an MSc. in Financial Management qualification with Edinburgh Business School and a registered Accountant in Eswatini and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) with over 10 years’ experience in accounting, budgeting, and management reporting. Served in the Central Bank of Eswatini Innovation Committee, proven working experience in managing teams, managing projects, and reporting at management and Board levels. Practical supervisory experience in the Banking industries.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Mlandvo has spent the last decade in senior management roles, specializing in risk management and finance. His career is marked by significant achievements, including the successful establishment of operational frameworks for various organisations and departments. This work has involved comprehensive recuitement processes, strategic planning, and policy development.
